You can apply to be a Fellow of ASAHRS using this application form.

ASAHRS has 3 categories of Fellow members.

1. Board Committee Fellow Member

2. Scientific Committee Fellow Member

3. International Fellow Member

Choose the category which you would like to apply for, submit documents to support your qualification and experience, pay the relevant application fee and hit submit.

Our certifying committee will go through your application and notify you of the result in 7 days.

If your application is not selected, you will receive a complete refund of your application fee.
